I would describe myself as a trainee Medium. I have been sensitive to spirit since a young age but am only now starting to develop my abilities. I believe that when we die our spirit leaves our donor body and if we choose to it will enter another, if not it will carry on in spirit, helping others as spirit guides, gatekeepers etc. I believe that sudden death can act as a catalyst to remaining in spirit, until the time comes that they are assisted in passing over safely. These are the spirits that throw items and communicate through ouija boards and seances etc.
